New Data Center Is Compass’ First Project for AEP
Dallas – September 8, 2014 –
Compass Datacenters has completed an agreement with American Electric Power (AEP) to build their new data center facility. Through this agreement, Compass Datacenters will construct a dedicated data center facility that will enhance the reliability and resiliency of AEP’s IT infrastructure and allow the company to deliver a superior level of service to its customers.
“AEP is a great company with a keen focus on their customers,” said Chris Crosby, Founder and CEO of Compass. “This new facility will provide AEP with enhanced control and the ability to do smart IT capacity planning, and that enhanced level of control allows the company to monitor and manage their facilities in a way that ensures the satisfaction of their customers.”
