Texas State Technical College (TSTC) in North Texas has partnered with Compass Datacenters and other leading industry partners to launch the Mechanical, Electrical & Information Technology Pathway Program, a career-focused training initiative designed to prepare students for high-demand roles in data center maintenance and operations.
During the event, attendees will experience:
- Hands-on equipment demonstrations
- Skills assessments
- Interactive interview practicums with instructors and industry experts
This immersive evening offers a firsthand look at what it’s like to train and work in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.

- 12-week part-time session
- 234 hours of classroom and lab instruction

- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6–9 p.m.
- Cost: $4,700 (scholarships available)
