Minneapolis Data Centers

Minneapolis is one of the United States' emerging data center markets thanks in part to power prices 20% below the national average, no sales tax on electricity, a climate which averages 315 free cooling days and aggressive tax incentives. Our campus, located in Shakopee, sits on 12 acres and offers 4.8MW of capacity.

Shakopee I

Our Shakopee campus, just north of Minneapolis proper, offers 4.8 MW of capacity on a 12-acre parcel of land with plenty of room for growth and expansion.

Why a Minneapolis Data Center?

Minneapolis is the home to a number of Fortune 500 companies including Target, Best Buy and 3M and boasts the largest economy in the Midwest behind Chicago. Coupled with a climate that provides almost 9 months of free cooling that make it an optimal environment for airside cooling, Minneapolis is rapidly becoming a key data center market in the region.
