Rather than relying on traditional field built installation, Compass and RK reengineered the entire process through industrialized construction, prefabricated assemblies and Kaizen, the philosophy of continuous improvement. Together, the teams standardized complete piping systems that can be manufactured off site and installed faster with greater quality, consistency and sustainability.
Today, Compass can install a complete liquid cooling loop in approximately one week, a fraction of the time required by conventional methods. The partnership demonstrates how closely coupled collaboration and a manufacturing first approach are helping Compass deliver AI ready infrastructure faster while setting a new standard for speed, scalability and innovation.
