Thanks to numerous tax incentives, electric rates approximately 20% lower than the national average, and a cool climate, Minneapolis is an ideal location for Compass’s 4.8 MW data center in suburban Shakopee.
Nashville has become an economic hub in the Southeast, with leading firms in healthcare, banking and transportation industries, as well as a high concentration of institutes of higher education. Compass’ 14-acre Nashville data center campus is located in the nearby suburb of Franklin and provides 7.2 MW of capacity.
