Meridian

Breaking ground in 2025, this 320 MW site, 80 miles east of Jackson, is set to become one of the largest data center campuses in the Southeast.
Dallas – Fort Worth

The Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is a premier hub for hyperscalers and cloud providers. With our operational sites in Allen and 360 MW Red Oak development, Compass is expanding its footprint across this critical U.S. market.
Northern Virginia

Northern Virginia remains a vital location for the hyperscale ecosystem. Compass continues to grow in the region, with multiple new campuses planned to complement our presence in Loudoun County.
Phoenix

Phoenix has become a strategic market due to its proximity to West Coast tech centers. To meet the region’s growing demand, Compass is developing multiple sites—including a 212 MW campus in Goodyear and a 108 MW campus in El Mirage.

Minneapolis is the second-largest economy in the Midwest, with a growing digital ecosystem. Compass’ data center in suburban Shakopee supports the region’s increasing demand for secure, high-performance infrastructure.

Montreal
Montreal is a fast-growing digital hub, known for its leadership in AI and green energy. Compass operates two campus locations in the area, delivering sustainable, high-capacity infrastructure in one of Canada’s key tech markets.

Nashville
