Business Facilities has announced its 2025 Deal of the Year Award winners and Impact Awards, recognizing corporate relocation and expansion projects that are delivering meaningful economic and community impact across the country.
Each year, the Deal of the Year Awards highlight projects evaluated on capital investment, job creation, innovation and long-term community benefit. The 2025 selections reflect continued momentum in technology driven development and infrastructure investment, including the growing role of data centers in regional economic growth.
Transforming Communities: 2025 Impact Awards
As part of the 2025 Impact Awards, Business Facilities recognized projects demonstrating measurable impact within specific sectors and regions. In the Data Centers category, AVAIO Digital and Compass Datacenters, in partnership with the Mississippi Development Authority, were recognized for a project expected to drive investment, job creation and long term economic opportunity in the community it serves.
