Chris Crosby

Chris Crosby is a recognized visionary and leader in the datacenter space and the founder and CEO of Compass Datacenters. Chris has over 20 years of technology experience and over 15 years of real estate and investment experience. Previously, Chris served as a Senior Vice President and founding member of Digital Realty Trust. During his tenure at Digital Reatly, he held senior roles with global responsibilities for sales, marketing, design, construction, technical operations and customer service, as well as establishing the company's operating presence in Asia and Europe. Prior to the initial public offering of Digital Realty, Chris was founder and managing director of Proferian, an operating partner for the GI Partners portfolio, which was rolled into the IPO for Digital Realty Trust. Prior to Proferian, Chris served as a consultant for CRG West, now Coresite. For the first ten years of his career, Chris was active in international and domestic sales, sales management and product development at Nortel Networks, a major supplier of products and services that support the Internet and other public and private data, voice and multimedia communications networks. Mr. Crosby received a B.S. degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. Chris is also an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

Chris Curtis is a successful developer of complex build-to-suit projects. Chris has over 12 years of experience in developing greenfield build-to-suit projects for federal government tenants. As President of Curtis Investments LLC, Chris completed 25 projects in 22 markets for the FBI, DEA, Homeland Security, US Attorney’s Office, SSA and VA. Prior to founding Curtis Investments, Chris was a tax attorney at Haynes and Boone LLP responsible for business formations, tax strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Curtis received a B.S.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, a J.D., cum laude, from the SMU School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

Brent Behrman

Brent Behrman

Brent Behrman is a well-known data center industry executive with over 20 years of experience within the high technology industry. Brent serves as Compass Datacenters’ Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for our direct and channel sales efforts. Prior to joining Compass, Brent was responsible for building Digital Realty Trust’s highly successful global sales organization, delivering over $3 billion in total contract value, as the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales and served as a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. In this role, Brent oversaw Digital Realty’s go-to-market and client/channel relationship strategies that included opening the Asian and Australian markets for the company. Prior to joining Digital Realty Brent was Director of Sales for mobile software developer Vettro. Brent also served as the Director of Sales for Entrust, a leader in the security software industry. Brent spent the first seven years of his career at Nortel Networks serving in the finance, marketing and sales organizations. Brent holds a B.B.A. degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Texas. Brent is active in his church, coaches youth sports and is an avid golfer.

Jay

Jay Forester

Jay Forester is a recognized figure in the data center industry with over 30 years of experience, and has built over 100 data centers around the globe. Jay serves as Compass’ SVP of Data Center Product Delivery and is responsible for the construction and delivery of Compass facilities across the United States. Prior to joining Compass, Jay served as the Vice President of Construction for North America for Digital Realty. In this role he was responsible for over one billion dollars in construction projects annually and typically supported up to 175 projects at any given time. Jay was instrumental in developing and refining the construction and delivery methods that enabled Digital Realty to support this volume of data center construction activity. Prior to his tenure at Digital Realty, Jay served in a variety of senior management positions with Fidelity Investments.
