Amy Marks

Amy Marks is the Senior Vice President of Innovation at Compass Datacenters, where she leads initiatives in industrialized construction, digital innovation, and sustainability. With over 20 years of experience driving transformation in construction and design, Amy has held leadership roles at Autodesk, Symetri and XSite Modular. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity in male-dominated industries. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and is an alumna of Harvard Business School. Beyond her professional achievements, she serves as Chair of Corporate Partnerships for the U.S. Women’s Rugby Foundation.
